General Terms and Acceptance

This Terms and Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you as a member ("Member") and juta33 ("Platform" or "We"). Deposits and Withdrawals

juta33 offers a 150% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus carries a 25x wagering requirement on the bonus amount received before any withdrawal can be made. For example: a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM150, resulting in a balance of RM250, with a wagering requirement of RM150 × 25 = RM3,750.

VIP Programme:

The juta33 VIP membership programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback benefit — Bronze up to 0.4%, Silver up to 0.8%, Gold up to 1.1%, and Platinum up to 1.5%. Progression through VIP tiers depends on the member's level of activity and loyalty.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or to any other party
• juta33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or end any promotion at any time with reasonable notice
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including through multiple accounts, will result in the cancellation of the bonus and action being taken against the account involved
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per new member

Betting and Game Rules

All bets placed on the juta33 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Members are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of each bet before confirmation is made.

In the event of a clear technical disruption during a game session — including internet connection failure or server interruption — juta33 will assess each case individually based on system records and make a fair decision at our discretion. juta33's decision in such matters is final.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the member
• Any obvious error in odds or betting coefficients gives juta33 the right to void the bet in question
• Members are not permitted to use any automated software, bots, or unauthorised methods to assist with betting
• Manipulation or collusion between members to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited

Accepted Member Conduct

juta33 expects all members to interact with the platform and other users with full respect and integrity. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action against your account:

• Fraud in any form, including the use of another person's credit card or bank account details without authorisation
• Money laundering or any financial activity that violates relevant laws
• Exploiting any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for personal gain
• Communicating in a threatening, abusive, or disrespectful manner towards support staff
• Sharing or selling an account to a third party

Account Suspension and Closure

In cases of confirmed account suspension involving fraud or money laundering, juta33 reserves the right to hold the balance in the account pending an internal investigation and, if necessary, referral to the relevant authorities.

• Valid balances in voluntarily closed accounts will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard conditions
• Suspension or closure decisions made by juta33 on the basis of a terms violation are final
